I had it done in Daegu at a place that really a lot of people go to, a hospital in central Daegu, now at a different location haha. All my friends had gone there, so I had the consultation without any resistance. After the exam on the day, I waited a bit and had another exam, then got the surgery. Having to keep my eyes open for about 5 to 10 minutes was really torture, but it was nice that it ended quickly. As the LASEK anesthesia wore off, I kept tearing up until the next day, so I just slept like a dead person for a whole day, and after that my vision started improving. I did not look at my phone at all for 7 days. My original vision was extremely nearsighted and included astigmatism, with more than two digits, so being able to live with my bare eyes without glasses was amazing, and I think it took about a month for my vision to stabilize? I do have some light scatter, but I already had that because of my astigmatism, so it does not bother me much. Very satisfied..
