I had LASIK 15 years ago, in my early 20s, and both eyes have stayed around 1.0. Before surgery, my nearsightedness was around 0.2, and right after surgery it was about 1.5, but over the next 10 years it gradually declined. In the meantime, my smartphone and PC use increased, and whenever I felt eye strain I worked hard to massage my brows, forehead, and the back of my neck, and I deliberately looked into the distance to try to keep my vision from getting worse. All my family members had surgery at the same hospital too, but now everyone has worse vision and can't read the bus number from far away T_T Don't waste time drawing blood just to make serum and make medicine from it. It heals and improves on its own just fine. Vision correction does not end with surgery; aftercare is absolutely important. Stand by the window and look far away~~!
