It has already been over 3 months since the surgery! The swelling feels completely gone, and the pronunciation issues have improved too. The pulling sensation under my lips has lessened, but it is still there a little. Especially when pronouncing "eu", "na", "o", and "u", it still pulls a bit, but it is not uncomfortable in daily life. The best part is that it looks natural, and people around me often say, "Something changed, but what exactly changed?" It doesn't look like I had surgery at all, and it looks natural. I recommend it to those who want natural results!
