When I finished orthodontic treatment in middle school, I had a fixed lingual retainer, but it was so uncomfortable that I took it off after a few months lol After that, my front teeth started to protrude little by little. The spot where I had a canine next to the front teeth in particular got a bit out of alignment, but it did not completely go back. It seemed to be getting worse gradually, but after I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, it has not progressed any further. I heard that Invisalign can correct some mild crookedness, but I am debating whether to get re-treatment T_T
