Crooked silicone, third revision rhinoplasty review

I am sharing my third rhinoplasty review -)Because the right nasal bone was lower, the silicone implant that had been inserted became tilted, and it was always stressful. I had already had surgery twice, so having my nose done again was not easy either. But as that was compounded by postural imbalance from my lifestyle, the asymmetry I felt only seemed to grow bigger and bigger. I even thought about giving up, but after looking into it, I learned that using 3D silicone could improve it, and over the course of a year I actually visited several hospitals about 4 to 5 times for consultations. My goal for revision rhinoplasty was, of course, to straighten the crooked bridge, lower the starting point of the nose that had been too high, and reduce the 5 mm silicone height to soften the impression. At first I had no intention at all of raising the tip, but after consulting at several places, they said it would be better to raise it, so I ended up elevating the tip as well. It has been two months since then. For the bridge, a 3D implant called Fitme was used, and for the tip, donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. The reason I chose Lowell Plastic Surgery was that after consulting with Director Kim Jae-yoon, I felt that this was someone I could trust, someone with skill and aesthetic sense who could reassure patients and take care of them, so I decided to place my trust there. And cost was also an important factor. I was able to have surgery at the exact price shown in the app, excluding the custom implant. The kindness of the nurses, the consultation director, and the other staff I worked with was also an important reason. The asymmetry improved, it became more natural and softer, and even though my facial measurements did not get smaller, I look slimmer. It is so natural that people do not even know I had nose surgery and ask if I lost weight. hahaha I was not aiming to make my nose higher, so I actually hope it gets a little lower and even more natural than it is now. In conclusion, I am 200% satisfied.
