The first surgery was done at a hospital I found by just going to a place that appeared a lot on the internet, without really knowing much about plastic surgery, but it looked too obviously operated on, so I ended up getting a revision. The silicone shape on the bridge of the nose was still clearly visible, and the nose also looked lifted. For the revision, I searched many hospitals and before-and-after photos of male cases, then chose a place, and fortunately I think I met a good doctor. At the consultation, they explained my current nose condition and the surgical direction well, and I am satisfied with the result. The starting point of the bridge was too high and there was a strong feeling that it dropped straight down, but they changed it to a straight line, and they also naturally changed the lifted-looking nose shape. It has only been about 3 weeks, so I cannot say for sure, but based on how it looks now, this revision feels like it went well.
