Revision surgery for upturned nose and columella discomfort

I wanted to improve my upturned nose, so I had nasal tip cartilage repositioning and columellar extension using septal cartilage. It has been exactly 1 year now. They said the nasal tip would droop, but it hasn’t, and the front view looks exactly the same as before. From the side, maybe the nasal tip is a bit higher? Only someone really sensitive would notice, and even people who see me every day can’t tell. (Both photos are after photos.) But since there are no functional issues and the shape hasn’t really changed, it doesn’t look strange. The problem is that my nose feels uncomfortable. When I smile or lift my upper lip, my columella clicks once, and it feels uncomfortable. The doctor said they’ve never heard of that before, but is there anyone like this? It’s fine normally. When I smile or move my upper lip, the area where the columella and philtrum connect feels like it clicks once. And the second thing is that my columella is too straight and fixed, so when I talk, the columella doesn’t move. It feels unnatural, and it seems like my philtrum looks longer. Thankfully, the clinic said they would do a shape AS, though I’m not sure if that’s actually a relief,, I feel like the doctor’s aesthetic standards may be different from mine.. and I wonder if it’s okay to have revision surgery at the same place. For the revision, I said I’d like the nasal tip to be lowered slightly, the columella to be made slightly rounded, and for the clicking feeling to improve a bit. Then they told me to choose. For the revision, they said they’ll use ear cartilage to lower the nasal tip slightly, and that originally a straight columella is considered pretty, but if I want, they’ll make it rounded. Instead, they said the nose will look longer. And if they make the columellar strut weaker, the nasal tip will droop. Is there anyone like me who has discomfort around the nose + philtrum area? Also, for an upturned nose, my columellar strut is currently septal cartilage, but I’m thinking of mixing in ear cartilage to make it slightly softer. What do you think?
