My nose shape is too upturned and too short T_T I want revision surgery as AS by changing the existing columella support method to a septal extension method, but even if it's not full removal, is there a chance the nose could lift more or develop contracture.. I was thinking of autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage for the material..
