I am leaving a review after some time has passed since my male rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage + silicone at [Clinic A]. Now that more than a month has passed, the swelling seems to be going down a lot. At first, I felt pulling in my nose when walking or eating, but now when I am just sitting still I do not feel anything and it feels like my original nose. Even when I yawn or eat, the pulling sensation has decreased a lot, so that is good. The bruising seems to have almost completely gone now, and when I smile there is still a little pulling because the swelling around the philtrum has not gone down as much, but I think it will gradually get better with time. I was worried about having a short nose, and it seems to have been corrected well, so I am happy. I think it will become more natural and settle into a nose shape that fits my face as time goes on.
