I had it done when I was young, and I asked them to make it natural but pretty. I am not sure about the pretty part, but it was definitely very natural. However, I had a wide nose and it was not corrected, and it was so subtle that I want to get it done again. (The price was from 8 years ago, so I do not remember well, but I remember it being in the high 2 millions.)
