First, since it is a large clinic, everything proceeds very quickly. They hurried me to fill out the questionnaire too. But there was hardly any waiting time, and I first consulted with the coordinator. She was kind, answered my questions, and listened well like an older sister. I had read reviews saying they do not take a CT scan and only take photos, and that the doctor is busy and does not spend much time examining you, but the doctor examined me kindly and spoke honestly. (They even said I probably did not need nose surgery and that I had a pretty nose.) However, the coordinator suggested a more extensive procedure, such as adding cartilage and raising the bridge, whereas the doctor said that shaving the dorsal hump plus tying the nasal tip would probably be enough. The explanation of the exact surgical method and possible side effects was somewhat lacking. Also, they said I had to pay a deposit to get the event discount, which felt somewhat coercive, but I left without paying it.
