I had nose surgery a long time ago and alar reduction two years later. I was completely satisfied at first, and although it seems to have reverted a little as time passed, I am still totally satisfied lol. But there is something like a scar on the left nasal ala when I apply makeup, which is a bit disappointing. Without makeup, it is a little red and swollen.
