Liposuction Reviews

I moved fat from my abdomen and arms to my breasts

This is my one-week review after fat grafting! I decided to go ahead with surgery because my abdomen and upper arms were bothering me, and since the fat was being removed anyway, I thought I should also have it transferred to my breasts. I had the procedure with Dr. Nam Sang-jae, and he was kind and quick with the consultation. He even joked that I might not need the breast procedure at all. My original size was around 70B, but I still felt like I lacked upper volume, so I mentioned that. The doctor said up to 300 cc could probably be placed in each side, and as discussed, 300 cc was injected into the left and right sides. I was told a fairly large amount of fat had been removed, but I don't remember the exact volume. Right now, the arm lines already look slimmer because the swelling has gone down, and the abdomen still has swelling so I can't tell yet, but the waistline has gone from a straight line to showing a bit of indentation at the sides. It's only been a week, so my body still feels numb and the swelling is tight when I move. My breasts feel like they got about one cup to one and a half cups bigger, but I think I'll only know for sure once the swelling goes down. Right after surgery, instead of stitching the wounds closed immediately, they put in drains to let blood out from the armpit area and the front and back sides of the abdomen, and there was really so much bleeding that the bandages outside were soaked all the way home. Even at home, even if I wrapped more bandages on, blood kept coming out so much that I couldn't even lie down on the bed. Please know in advance that blood will keep coming out until the next day when they stitch it. Wear clothes you are okay with throwing away. On the other hand, because I bled a lot, I didn't have much bruising and the swelling wasn't too severe. I guess it's different for everyone! After surgery I slept deeply for a few hours, and the bed was warm and quiet, so it was good for recovery. I'll be back with a 2-week update.
