I searched so much myself that I wanted to leave one too lol so here it is.
Originally, my arms and legs were on the slim side, but my abdomen just would not slim down. So I tried losing weight with Mounjaro, kept up with 5 km runs and PT consistently, but even when my weight went down, my belly stayed until the end.
I got abdominal Infinite RAMS in Nowon on a friend's recommendation.
✅ Doctor: I am very timid, so on the day of the procedure I even took a traditional calming herbal remedy before going. But once it was over, I honestly felt no pain at all by my standards. There are two doctors there, and I had mine done by the male doctor. During the procedure, he kept checking carefully until the very end, even saying, "I'll take a little more time to look over it." I really liked how thorough he was until the last moment!!! Haha
✅ Procedure: On the day, I felt a little dizzy and my hands trembled slightly, but since they had explained that in advance, I was not too worried. I could still go about daily life that same day, and in the evening I even picked up the kids. From the next day on, I lived as usual.
✅ Branch: The branch I went to was especially satisfying because the aftercare was truly systematic. After the procedure, I could receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy and low-to-mid frequency care, and they also explained the follow-up care methods and precautions very carefully, which helped a lot while recovering.
✅ Now: It has been about 3 to 4 weeks now, and what I am most satisfied with is that my whole body feels much lighter. Right after the procedure, my weight temporarily went up because of swelling, but it came back down later. More than anything, in the past my belly stayed the same even when I lost weight, but now it feels like the abdominal line is getting defined first, and I am very happy about that.
