Liposuction Reviews

2 months after abdominal + arm lipo because of stubborn fat!! (No diet)

- Before surgery: I wasn't really overweight to the point that other people would call me slim, but I had stubborn fat that wouldn't go away, so I decided to get liposuction from Dr. Park Seung-am at [Clinic A]. - Day of surgery: Honestly, I think I took it a little too lightly.. I wasn't worried at all, but on the day itself the pain hit me hard and I had such a tough time.. T_T But when I got home, even with the swelling, I was amazed by how much my waistline had come in! - Week 2: The swelling and bruising were not going away at all, so I searched for a lot of reviews, and everyone said that once the stitches come out, things really start dropping off from week 2. I was really waiting for week 2, and when it actually came, the pain and swelling had eased a lot. My weight had even gone up by 3 kg compared with before surgery, but after the stitches came out and some of the swelling went down, it dropped by 4 kg. (I did absolutely no diet management or exercise.) There is still some fibrosis and swelling left, so it doesn't feel dramatically smaller yet, but I can definitely feel that even without tightening my abs, my stomach feels hollow and tucked in! I hope the swelling goes down more soon with good care..🫢 - 1 month: After liposuction, it hurt more than I expected and there was a lot of swelling, so I spent a lot of time reading other people's reviews and hoping time would pass quickly. By the 1-month mark, I had also completed 3 sessions of radiofrequency therapy! Honestly, since even before surgery I wasn't very overweight, I don't feel like my overall body size looks smaller when I wear clothes.. Still, I waited thinking that as the swelling keeps going down over 3 to 6 months and the fibrosis loosens, the change will become more and more visible, right?? At this stage, other people don't notice it, but I can clearly feel the extra room when I put on clothes! - 2 months: I read reviews saying the results show even better around 2 to 3 months after liposuction, so I was waiting for time to pass quickly. Finally, it's been 2 months since surgery, so I'm leaving a review :) I was always told by others that I was slim or thin, but I had belly fat and upper-arm fat that I personally wasn't satisfied with. But after surgery, it feels like the ugly fat has all been cleaned up, so I'm really satisfied. I went to consultations at several places, and I kept being told that my upper arms were naturally muscular, so the amount of fat that could be removed was limited and it wouldn't be that dramatic.. In reality, my arms are not pencil-thin, but I still think the line will look prettier if I keep stretching and taking care of them steadily. As for my abdomen.. I used to wear size S bottoms, but now even S is too big on me, so I need to go get them altered haha. From now on, I'll keep dieting at the same time and look forward to even more swelling going down..🙂
