There are probably a lot of people worried about their upper arms like me. Before getting lipo, I searched through tons of reviews, and as someone who had lots of questions myself, I brought together Q&A based on what I actually learned after doing it and what everyone kept asking. Hope this helps everyone getting arm lipo...𖤐 Q1. How long do bruises and swelling last? Can you do it without your husband/boyfriend knowing? A1. Nope. Unless you do not plan to see them for at least 2 weeks, it is absolutely impossible. - I had noticeable large bruises for about 2 weeks (greenish marks remained for up to 4 weeks). - The swelling that made daily life uncomfortable lasted about 10 days, and the minor swelling went on for more than a month after that. Please note that this can vary from person to person. Q2. It has been a month since lipo, so why do I still feel so thick? A2. That seems natural. On the first day I was like, 'Wow... I got super skinny,' but as time passed, the swelling had not fully gone down, and psychologically I also kept thinking, I had surgery, so why? Is this still all? When will I become bone-thin? I felt the same way. - The golden period for lipo is 2 months. And even after 2 months, the arms keep getting slimmer and slimmer. It may already look very obviously cut down right away, but it gets thinner over time, so - keep some patience and, like me, by the time 4 months pass - everyone tells me I look skinny these days Q3. Does the underarm/fold area and the floppy part all get removed? A3. I think this depends on the area, but I had the whole arm done, from the front bulge to the back bulge and all the way to the armpit, so even the accessory breast tissue was basically completely removed. - Of course, the underarm fold fat almost disappeared too. But in my case I have a muscular build, so I am not going to look bone-thin like an idol, and because fat between the muscles cannot be removed, it may look like some is still left, but when you touch it, it is only muscle... Q4. What about pain? I have to work right away, is normal life possible? A4. Normal life is totally possible from the next day. Unless your job involves working with your arms raised overhead, even I, who had tons of outside meetings, was able to go to work and do everything. - As for pain, on the first day when the anesthesia wore off, I was like, is my arm burning...? But from the next day on, it was just muscle soreness like when you have the flu. - About the same as the soreness you get the day after exercising a lot. That was about the stuff most people were curious about. If you have more questions, leave them in the comments! Hope lipo gives you a new lease on life....𖤐
