After 3 months it feels like everything has mostly settled in... The early redness is mostly gone, and the incision line is still there, but it is under the nostril so you only see it if you look very closely in the mirror. Makeup covers it completely. I was very worried that it would look obviously surgical, but once it was done, nobody noticed, and I became much more satisfied when taking photos too. In particular, the nostrils that used to look flared from the front seem to have been brought under control. If you like a natural style, the combination of alar reduction and cartilage tying is worth considering. So far, I am very satisfied!
