Every time I ask about revision rhinoplasty, I get recommended autologous costal cartilage at first, because after my first surgery the tip of my nose dropped a lot, so this is for a revision and they say autologous rib cartilage is better for long-term support! But then a comment said donor rib cartilage is fine too, so I’m torn. I have a bulbous nose, so they say using costal cartilage is better, but if anyone has been to Lowell and D-Day, please share a review and also tell me what material they used!!
