I had 3 sessions done at ID Dental, and I’m satisfied because I think my teeth got a lot brighter. I heard that depending on the condition of your teeth, they do 2 to 3 or more sessions, and I think aftercare is important. Also, they say it’s better not to eat for about 3 hours after whitening.
