Nose Re-Surgery

After nose surgery, it got infected, was removed and reconstructed, but now it's infected again Please recommend a reconstruction specialist

I had a pretty nose job in Korea in February and then came back because I live in Australia, but 7 to 8 weeks later pus started coming out and I got an infection. Even with antibiotics the pus wouldn't stop, so in the end I was admitted urgently to a public hospital and treated, and eventually all the implants were removed. The bridge had been done with silicone, so it was judged to be a rejection reaction. Locally, they decided to reconstruct before the skin contracture got worse, and after just a month and a half I had reconstruction with 100% donor rib. The approach is different from Korea's, but I thought both reasons were valid and went ahead. But just 2 weeks after reconstruction, pus started coming out again. From the same spot. I was hospitalized again and started antibiotic treatment, and fortunately this time they judged that they might be able to save the pus pocket and the donor rib, so after discharge I was put on a 5-week course of antibiotics. It's still ongoing. It's so painful, and when I look at my nose, it's truly serious. After the reconstruction, it wasn't as pretty as in Korea, but I thought I could just live with it like this, but I've suffered so much, and then after the second infection it collapsed even more. Even the skin has sunken in.. I'm 40, so using autologous rib cartilage seems hard too.. What options are left for me.. I would really appreciate recommendations for a surgeon who specializes in reconstruction and has a sincere approach for someone in my situation, not ads. Doctors or hospitals with a lot of experience and who do things safely.. The photos below show the first surgery in Korea and the current state.. after all the surgeries and infections.. please help me
