I'm planning to insert a 2 to 2.5 mm silicone implant and use ear cartilage to add a thin tip point to my nose (I'm having surgery because my front profile looks blurry). Since my original nose already has a somewhat voluminous, semi-straight tip, do I not need to worry about the tip drooping? And my nasal tip skin is quite thick, so can I also not worry about the ear cartilage showing through? Then is the only side effect I really need to worry about silicone inflammation? If silicone inflammation does happen, can I return to my original nose if everything is removed? What changes are unavoidable if I have everything removed? My first surgery is coming up soon, and I want to make sure I understand the side effects clearly
