Nose Re-Surgery

MegaDerm vs silicone for the nose bridge after removal because of inflammation

It’s been 4 years since my first surgery.Suddenly the area between my eyebrows swelled up like an avatar and my nose bridge also swelled, so I was prescribed antibiotics and got a bit better (the doctor said the inflammation wasn’t severe). But I keep worrying about it and it keeps stinging, so I’m planning to remove everything except the nose tip.My original nose had basically no bridge and I have a bulbous nose, so I’m scared of going back to that. 1. Insert 5 mm MegaDerm while removing it 2. Remove it and have silicone revision surgery 6 months later For option 1, if your skin is thick to begin with, MegaDerm tends to absorb well and absorbs into a plumper shape, so I’m worried it’ll make my nose even more bulbous. For option 2, I’m worried that a nose that has had inflammation once may have a higher chance of inflammation again if silicone is used. What do you all think? Has anyone here tried option 1 or 2 directly
