I had nose surgery about 16 years ago, with a basset-hound-type nose shape (4 mm silicone, ear cartilage, cartilage tying, columella), but the T was too strong, the silicone was showing, and the nasal tip was blunt, with some drooping of the columella and ala. Three years ago I looked into complete silicone removal, but the place famous for removal surgery did a CT, didn’t really recommend it, and quoted 7-8 million won, saying it wasn’t for an event price, so I gave up. Lately my nose feels like it’s being pulled up again, so I came back to do some more clinic visits. I want to remove all the silicone and just keep the nasal tip. It seems ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ are well known, Does anyone know the characteristics of those two places? Could you recommend other places too?
