Day 30 after cosmetic surgery, early full removal surgery day review

I had nasal bridge work with silicone, nasal tip work with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, a columella strut with donated rib cartilage, and septal extension. Later, when I got the surgery record, I saw that they had even bundled in three layers of ear cartilage just at the tip, and without me even realizing it they had also done septal extension, so it was basically a full option nose (a heavily modified nose).. As you can see from my previous post, I had the whole thing removed just 30 days after the nose surgery. Normally they do not even take consultations before 2 weeks, but one of the big three places ([Clinic A]) accepted me, and I think it ended well. The final result will need to be checked after a few more weeks once the contraction phase passes, but for now they said it went well. I was worried because I saw reviews about the columella scar, but the counselor said that even if a problem happened by any chance, they would provide aftercare, and if the columella scar did not go away for a long time, they could do scar laser treatment, so I felt reassured. Going back onto the operating table after only one month was still scary haha.. But the director and the staff were so kind that it comforted me. I lay down on the table, and they wiped my face and nose with alcohol. The director came in and said, let's begin, and before long I drifted off to sleep. I woke up about 2 to 3 times in between, and honestly that was the scariest part before surgery. I am an enormous coward, to the point that I cannot even ride amusement park rides. But once I was actually in that situation, maybe because of the medication, I really was not scared at all. Seriously, do not worry at all. I even talked nonsense while lying there, thinking about games haha.. If you wake up in the middle, I think it is good to say you are awake, ask questions, or communicate with the director. When I woke up at the end, it seemed like they were stitching with thread, and the surgery ended safely like that. Afterward you can see photos, but I have a weak stomach so I did not look, and I just asked them to discard the removed materials (silicone, cartilage, etc.) haha. They say if you do not have emotional suffering anymore (if it goes well), you do not really come to this community, and I think that is really true. After deciding on removal, I heard a lot of people say my face looked more relaxed. For once I tried to get back into my hobbies, but I guess I had been emotionally worn down so much that it felt awkward and I could not even remember what life was like before cosmetic surgery. Still, human feelings are tricky, so it would be a lie to say I had not even 0.1% lingering attachment, but that was only because I felt relieved after deciding on removal. Thinking about how much I suffered made me sick to my stomach, so I focused on my hobbies. As the surgery date got closer, my resolve only got stronger, and now I do not regret it at all. I really received a lot of help from everyone here, so when the splint comes off and the stitches are removed, and again at the 2-month and 3-month marks, I will definitely leave more reviews.
