After nose surgery, if it is made too high and the columella is also pulled too long so the nose looks long, do people then do revision surgery to lower it a lot and shorten the columellar support too? I am in that case I first thought I would just remove everything, but then I also thought maybe I could just do revision and shorten it a lot. But then if I get revision and do not like the shape, what then... I do not know
