During the consultation, I was able to check the expected post-op appearance in detail through a virtual plastic surgery program, which eased some of my vague fear. In particular, I gained trust because they explained transparently and in detail the possible side effects, recovery period, and precautions that could come with choosing an implant. It left a strong impression that they did not push surgery unconditionally, but instead objectively pointed out the changes that were possible and the limitations based on the current condition of my nose. Through this consultation, I was once again reminded that plastic surgery is not just about external changes, but that health and safety come first. Rather than deciding in a rush, I plan to fully review the information I received, think carefully, and make my final decision after thorough consideration (for a no-implant rhinoplasty: septal cartilage + ear cartilage to be used, correction of a bulbous nose, correction of a nasolabial angle; because my face and midface are long, the tip will not be projected forward).
