After my first surgery, I also had silicone inflammation, and at one point I tried to maintain the shape with filler, but nothing really changed T_T Before I knew it, I even stopped being sure what exactly my nose condition was now.. It felt like I had gone too far T_T
When I went to Dalbi Plastic Surgery for a consultation, I was told there might be a contracture issue, and oddly enough, once I knew the reason, I felt calmer. Since this was my fifth surgery, I was really worried, but I think Director Byun Jin-hwan organized everything really well, so the time I spent wondering why I was being like this on my own felt tidied up.. It’s been two months since my revision with autologous costal cartilage and a four-point support structure, and it feels much more stable than before.. It seems like the autologous rib cartilage is holding everything in place properly. The line was also made into a glamorous but straight line, and I wasn’t even chasing a very specific shape, but out of all the surgeries I’ve had, this one gave me the prettiest line by far T_T I should have done it here from the beginning lol
And recovering without packing in my nose was also comfortable. I can breathe well too.. It’s still settling in, but I’m so grateful that it has improved this beautifully T_T
