I had a closed rhinoplasty with no implant: hump reduction osteotomy + cartilage suturing + ear cartilage graft to the nasal tip. It has been exactly 1 month since surgery. The tip of my nose and columella still feel puffy when I touch them, so the tip looks a bit upturned and it is bothering me T_T (maybe a slight half-curved line? The bridge is straight, but toward the tip it seems a little lifted.) The clinic said they set it slightly up because it will drop later, and that once the swelling goes down it will fit perfectly. But at around one month, there is still a long way to go before I can see the final result, right? If only the swelling goes down, I think I will be very satisfied with the shape, but the uneven swelling is making me nervous T_T
