After looking through reviews, it seems that even correcting just the nasal tip well can improve the bulbous-nose look a lot. And since it flares a lot when I smile, I think alar reduction will be necessary ... The only place I have looked into so far is GNG, so please recommend places that are good at male bulbous-nose correction. I should probably look at 3 to 4 places and start booking consultations soon!!
