Because one side always felt completely blocked whenever I breathed, I ended up breathing through my mouth even while sleeping. On top of that, my nose was short and low, so the side profile was disappointing too. So I went to G&G Hospital to look into both function and shape together. During the consultation, they explained my deviated septum, rhinitis, and nasal valve issues one by one, and even showed the numbers and measurements, so although I was nervous, I could understand it well. They said the bridge should be raised naturally with a custom implant, and that the tip needed to be firmly supported with autologous costal cartilage so it would not collapse later. I was scared, but I was convinced. Right after surgery, the blocked feeling was even stronger at first, so I was shocked, but little by little breathing has become easier. Now, even when I lie down, I can clearly feel air coming in through both sides. From the side, the bridge line flows smoothly and the tip looks neat, so it feels like exactly the kind of result that is not overdone even on a man. People around me mostly just ask if I lost weight, and hardly anyone says I had my nose done, so that is what I am most satisfied with.
