I don't remember the cost, so I'm writing the approximate version. A few years ago, I had my first nose surgery with septal tip rhinoplasty plus osteotomy, but as time passed the tip drooped a lot and the shape kept changing. Also, asymmetry and crookedness became noticeably worse after surgery. I asked about the asymmetry after surgery, but I was told that my nose had originally been a white nose and that surgery just made it show more clearly. My original nose was clearly a nose with no crookedness to anyone who looked at it.
