When I had my first surgery, I wanted a natural look, so I made it as discreet as possible. But as time passed, the nasal tip started to look a little spread out and I felt the bridge line was lacking. Every time I took photos, it felt like my nose lacked presence in the center of my face, so after much deliberation I decided on revision surgery. Now that it has reached 3 months, the swelling has gone down a lot, and the nose shape feels more or less complete. Especially in the side view, the line from the bridge to the tip has been smoothed out nicely, so I am much more satisfied when taking photos. In this revision surgery, the focus was on refining the shape of the nasal tip a bit more elegantly and balancing the overall proportions, and it definitely feels more dimensional than before. It is not overly high or burdensome, but my face looks much sharper, so I think it came out in the direction I wanted. The bulbous-tip feeling also improved a lot, so from the front the nose looks much slimmer than before, and the part that used to spread when I smiled has been cleaned up quite a bit. People around me also often say that my impression looks cleaner and more refined, which makes me even more satisfied. More than anything, I was very worried because this was a revision surgery, but so far I have been recovering well without any discomfort, and I can see it becoming more natural as time passes, so my satisfaction is high. Even at the 3-month mark, I can feel the subtle residual swelling gradually going down, so I am looking forward to the changes ahead!
