I had filler in my nose, cheeks, and chin 10 years ago. I went to dissolve the nose filler recently because I was thinking about nose surgery, and the clinic I went to praised it, saying it was good filler and that the shape was well maintained, so it was still there. I don't know whether they still use the same filler now. The director was warm and fatherly, listened to the parts I was worried about, and did not recommend excessive procedures or surgery. In fact, I said I wanted to do a few more things, but he honestly told me those parts didn't need to be done haha. I think there is a reason he has stayed in one place for so long.
