Nose Re-Surgery

I had nose surgery not long ago. Could this be contracture or inflammation symptoms..?

(Photo) From left to right: immediately after surgery to the current nose. Nose surgery (donor rib, septal cartilage, ear cartilage), day 18.

Holding out during the recovery period is really hard.. I just want to reach the stable phase quickly, but this period keeps making me anxious..

1. As the swelling goes down, my nostrils look bigger and bigger. Is it because the tip has dropped and is covering the nostrils so they look triangular, or is the lower part of the tip (the incision line) gradually rising because of contracture? The photos look different depending on the angle, so no matter how I look at it, I can't tell;

2. On my way home from work today, my nose suddenly felt heavy and like it was being pulled sharply downward. Usually I feel this when I tilt my face, but even when I was upright it felt like it might fall downward. And my nose tip felt hard and swollen, making it seem bigger, though I can't tell if that's just my imagination or if it was already like that. At the same time, I also felt a pulling sensation on my nose. All of these symptoms seemed to last for about an hour and then ease up. (The hardness is still there)

If you've had nose surgery not long ago, do symptoms like this normally happen at irregular intervals? If so, roughly until when should I expect this to continue...? It’s hard to tell whether it’s contracture or inflammation symptoms, and it’s scary. I feel like I’m going crazy..
