I’m 6 months out from a no-implant nose surgery using only autologous costal cartilage. I’m looking into removal because of the foreign-body sensation and dissatisfaction with the shape, but my original nose was large and fleshy, so I’m thinking about alar reduction at the same time. If anyone here had both done together, please share some information..! And my original nose was one where the nostrils could not be seen at all from the front, but after surgery the nostrils are very visible from both the front and the side, so I’m also curious whether removal would make them look hidden again like my original nose. People who had removal done, please reply..
