I am one month after my first surgery, and from the beginning until now, the tip of my nose has been a little red and the cartilage is visible, so I am wondering whether I should have revision surgery or have it removed. I would really appreciate advice If it stays the same or gets worse even after 6 months, would removal be better than revision? I did not want to have revision surgery again, but I am worried that if I do revision surgery again, the same problem will repeat.. If I do a full removal at 6 months, would there be any problems?? And after a full removal, would I still need to open the nose later..? Right now I have osteotomy + columellar support (ear cartilage) + a step deformity and ear cartilage in the tip + septal repositioning.. If anyone knows about this, please give me some advice

There’s a round outline visible at the tip of my nose, and when I touch it with my hand it feels bumpy... It won’t just go away if I leave it alone, right? I’m so anxious I’m going crazy. Maybe it’s because I used my facial muscles a bit…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJun 18 This hospital is definitely different from the other top removal-surgery hospitals...!?
But even removal surgery has cases that are difficult and cases that are a bit easy, right? For difficult cases, I do think it would be better to go to a place like that, but for a simple removal case with no major problems or issues right

I had surgery using only autologous costal cartilage, and when I asked the hospital I had been to, they said they just slice the autologous costal cartilage and use it that way. They do not mince it or use it in that kind of way. If so…
