I originally had double eyelids, but one eye developed a very strong double fold, so the asymmetry started bothering me and I went in for a consultation. After hearing that the cause was the eyes looking sunken with age, I decided to get fat grafting and incisional double-eyelid surgery. On the first day, the swelling was severe, so I worried a lot. I took the anti-swelling medicine recommended by the counselor, and I did not use warm compresses because of the fat grafting. By day 4, the swelling had gone down quite a bit, and the bruising started to fade too. After the stitches were removed on day 7, my eyes felt much more comfortable, but it also seemed like the bruising had moved downward. During the doctor’s consultation, they did not recommend extra procedures and pointed out things I had not known, so I felt I could trust them and went ahead with the surgery. It has been about a month since the operation, and once the swelling goes down more I will post another review. Have a good day, everyone.
