Lately I keep wishing I could go back to the future It is so hard to choose a hospital. I had septal extension and want everything removed without leaving anything behind. S.W. seems to be the only one that is positive about it and looks confident. In fact, it seems like they have operated on septal extension cases by reinforcing or leaving support structures without leaving anything behind, so I am almost leaning toward them. But what about K.Y.S.? I do not see many actual septal extension surgery cases, and it seems like they discourage complete removal. It feels like they often steer people toward keeping the support structures. Has anyone seen a case where K.Y.S. removed all of a septal extension?
