I watched a YouTube video of a nose that had only the hump removed, with no other manipulation, but then needed revision surgery 10 years later because the nose became lifted. If the entire thing is removed, could deformation still happen after 5 to 10 years?? Was that YouTube case just extremely unusual? I am looking into nose removal, but if deformity can still happen, then it feels pointless If anyone knows, please tell me.
