Consultation review posted 2 hours before surgery

Hospital 1: The doctor at the hospital where I had surgery is calm, and because there were no visible symptoms, he did not recommend a revision or removal.. I visited twice after symptoms appeared, and he still consulted kindly.. But he said it could not be judged as inflammation and that I was okay.I was not very dissatisfied with the first surgery, so I just started to think that silicone did not suit me and began to accept removal.. He started by saying that, from the fact that I still did not seem to be thinking about removal.. and did not recommend removal, and like Hospital 1, he said silicone removal is simple but did not explain the nasal tip or step-off in detail.When I brought up the step-off, he said, "A step-off would occur, right?"Hospital 3:A doctor who often comes up when you search for side effects of nose surgery I heard he was famous even when I had my first surgery, and he seemed to be the same now I wondered, is rhinoplasty a gamble? (But if you want plastic surgery, you do not hear what anyone says beside you..) Since there were no signs of acute inflammation but I had pain, he did counsel me toward removal What I was really grateful for was that when I said inflammation was suspected, he looked at it very carefully with ultrasound and explained it clearly so I could understand.. Because I was anxious about the pain, he recommended a fully open approach (at first he recommended a non-open approach, but during the manager consultation, they said the doctor would only proceed with an open approach). He presented two plans: partial removal and full removal.Because the reason for removal was pain, the doctor was not really the type to recommend surgery, and when the consultation ended he asked whether I was curious about the price.Hospital 4:Maybe because he was too busy.. the consultation ended quickly lol On ultrasound he said the nasal tip had several layers of ear cartilage, so remove the silicone and also remove some of the ear cartilage at the tip.But according to him, ear cartilage naturally becomes visible over time.. but remove it? Hmm? That was my reaction and the consultation ended.Ah, the doctor was confident, and he first recommended a non-open approach, but when I asked whether non-open surgery would make it difficult to remove Medpor or other foreign materials, he said he could do it himself.Something about it did not draw me in, so I think I did not ask any further about full removal.Hospital 5:From the beginning he recommended full removal.. He said my symptoms were subacute inflammation.From the consultation with the doctor, I asked the manager about the parts I did not understand and forced myself to understand at least that much.. The plan was only full removal, but there may be an additional charge depending on the condition.The surgery is soon.I had my first surgery with an open approach, using septum, silicone, and ear cartilage.It has been about 8 years, and at Hospital 4 they said I had undergone an old-style surgery lolI do not want a revision, so I am going to remove it.I want to stop worrying so much now.My mother is coming with me today, and I feel so sorry.. She even offered to pay for the surgery fee, so I am trying to stop her I want to stop living as an immature daughter.The sense of loss is scary, but.. now I am going to try to live faithfully in real life.I decided to have the surgery at one of the five hospitals, and I am keeping the hospital secret Even in a nose that is almost 10 years old, once a side effect (pain) appears, it becomes hard to recommend it easily.. everyone, hand research is good, but in-person research seems the best!!!!!!
