The tip and columella feel hard, and there is some kind of foreign-body sensation on both sides of the columella whenever I move my mouth, so I am seriously considering removal. If I do full removal, will it become soft and will the foreign-body sensation at the columella go away... Some people say it stays because of scar tissue... T_T
