As you can tell from the photos, my low nose and bulbous nose had always been my complexes. I decided to get nose surgery with the mindset that I should do it while I was still young, even if only by one year. I put a lot of effort into researching on my own and went to five consultations, and I chose this place because the director's aesthetic sense matched mine best, the consultation was thorough, and it seemed like they handled costal cartilage well. I had the surgery using silicone and autologous costal cartilage. Right after surgery, I was uncomfortable because of the nasal packing and my rib cartilage harvest site hurt, but other than that it was fine. Also, every time I came back for a follow-up, the director personally checked my progress, which put my mind at ease. Now my nose scar has faded a lot because I apply scar ointment every day. The rib scar is still visible, but it is along the underwear line, so it is fine. Since I now have a nose that I did not have before, of course I am very satisfied.
