I had rhinoplasty with Director Kim Hyeon-ju at RU Plastic Surgery. Before surgery, my small, short nose was my biggest complex, but after surgery that part has improved naturally and I am satisfied. My nose does not look unnaturally changed, but instead fits well with my whole face, which I liked, and thanks to that my facial proportions seem closer to the look I wanted. People around me even say it looks so natural that they cannot tell I had surgery, which makes me even happier. At my recent follow-up, they carefully checked my recovery, swelling, and care methods, and I was glad they explained the things I was wondering about in detail. Overall, the small and short nose that used to be my complex improved naturally, and the design I pursue was a natural one, so I am satisfied that it seems to have settled in the direction I wanted. My surgical plan: autologous costal cartilage, silicone, short-nose correction, columella lowering, nasolabial angle correction.
