Nose Surgery Reviews

6-month review of a non-implant nose surgery at Named

It has now been 6 months since my first nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage at Named! I focused on the tip of my nose without implants, and only made a slight refinement to the bridge. I was already satisfied at the 4-month mark, but around 6 months it definitely feels even more natural! As the swelling went down overall, everything became slimmer, and the tip also got a little slimmer than it was at first. That said, it does not feel overly thin or artificial, but rather as if it has settled in naturally like my original nose, so I am happy with it. And one of the parts I am most satisfied with personally is the symmetry of my nostrils. I had worried a lot about the nostrils looking strange or uneven, but the shape is pretty and symmetrical, so I am very satisfied. It does not look obviously like “I had surgery!” and instead feels like my nose simply became prettier, which makes me even happier. The autologous costal cartilage scar has also faded a lot with continued care. In real life, a slight dorsal hump or contour remains, which makes it feel even more natural and much more satisfying.
