I tried nose filler, but since it is really just a procedure, its limits seem very clear..? It does raise the bridge, but the hump and bulbous tip stay the same, and I do think there is nothing to do about that, yes. With filler, you just cannot change the whole nose, so in the end I moved on to nose surgery. When I had the consultation, the director at [Clinic A] was very thorough, and while feeling my nose, the explanation about skin thickness and especially how pulling up the tip changes the height was the real key point that honestly made me go ahead with surgery. From the side, it gives a straight-line impression, but it is not excessive, which I like, and once the hump was gone the side profile became clean. Honestly, I feel like I went through filler for nothing. Yes. I should have gotten rhinoplasty sooner;
