At my first surgery, they only used the septum, so not only did the nasal tip droop, but the bulbous nose and long nose were not improved at all.I like more glamorous results, so I had asked for that, but it was not reflected at all After searching around for a surgeon with plenty of experience in getting the most glamorous result possible while also having a lot of revision-nose-surgery experience, I consulted with Dr. Um Jae-ho at The Door and just went ahead with surgery!If I say it like that, it sounds like I made the decision really quickly and without thinking, but I had actually looked around for a long time and thought it over before going to the consultation, and I just had a feeling I could lie down right away (?) lol lolThe consultation with Dr. Um Jae-ho and the consulting manager went really well, and there was that kind of gut feeling that they would be able to turn what I wanted into results, you know? lol More than anything, they explained the surgical method for improving the nose in really fine detail, and that was the part I liked most.I wanted the maximum amount of glamour possible as long as the skin could stretch, so my aesthetic sense matched the surgeon's exactly.I set the goal of improving every detail one by one, including the bridge, tip, nostrils, columella, and nasolabial angle. How is it? It turned out very slim and high, right? I also wanted to shorten my long nose a bit, and the result came out exactly to my taste and needs, and I think it suits my face extremely well, so my satisfaction is through the roof lol lol lol lol lol
