It’s been more than a year since I had surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but it ended up too high and upturned, so I’m thinking about revision surgery or just removing it. But if I do a full removal, will my upturned nose go down? To lower the upturned shape, is revision surgery the right choice instead of full removal?
