Nose Re-Surgery

Will removal surgery be expensive? This would be my 4th surgery

Somehow I ended up having 3 surgeries already... First: silicone + short nose correction (septal extension, ear cartilage) - 2019 Second: silicone removal, step deformity reinforced with ear cartilage - January 2026 Third: because of cartilage visibility, one layer of ear cartilage removed + dermis used to cover the visible area - May 2026 -> All done at the same clinic Given that level of manipulation, for the 4th surgery I am thinking of just removing everything I think it would be okay to leave some of the tip cartilage and similar parts as long as the nose does not collapse... I just really want it to be gone because it is so pointy right now, and honestly ever since the second time I removed the silicone I wanted a full removal, but that clinic was not specialized in removal so they only took out the silicone That said, because it is so pointy, I want to round off the ear cartilage a bit, or if it will not collapse, I would also want a full removal How much would this cost? I honestly do not have time to go clinic by clinic, so I ended up posting on the forum I would appreciate it if you could share information...! And if anyone else is having the same concerns as me, I hope we can share information together I really have no money and my mind feels exhausted too When I went for a revision consultation, [Clinic A], [Clinic B], and [Clinic C] quoted around 220 to 300, but I guess it will go up two or three times by now...? TT When the doctor at my first surgery said, "Listen to the experts, and don't go making modifications to your nose based on your own feeling," I got scared and just left everything to them, and that is my fault But I liked a round nose... https://sungyesa.com/nosenew/380344 https://sungyesa.com/nosenew/203888 These are my consultation notes from when I went for revision consultation! If anyone needs them, I hope they are helpful. Thank you
