I have had nose surgery three times, and my nose is long, big, and has a fairly high bridge, so I want it to be smaller, but after doing it again at the place that operated on me before, I feel like my nose is getting bigger and bigger T_T My nose is drooping, so it is getting longer, and when I asked them to lift the drooping nose, they put in more cartilage, so an already big nose became even higher and the bulbous nose got even bigger, and I am stressed T_T I want the midface to look smaller and the nasal wall? and cheeks to look thinner, but when I went to [Clinic A], they recommended donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage, and I just want to shave it down from this nose instead T_T I am scared out of my mind of putting anything else in now. At this rate, will it get even bigger and end up like that kind of nose? I am a woman, please save me. It is hard to keep it natural T_T They keep recommending donated rib cartilage, but what if my nose gets even bigger? It will become bulky T_T Anything about putting something in scares me so much. I have already used up the ear dermis cartilage too. Could I narrow it down to [Clinic B], [Clinic C], [Clinic D], and [Clinic E]? I really want to treat bulbous and long noses well, and I want it to be really natural and smaller. I do not want an overdone look either T_T I heard it is better not to touch the nostrils, so T_T please recommend places with good aesthetics.
