More than 10 years ago, I had nose surgery with an L-shaped silicone implant, but as time went on the tip of my nose kept rising and it turned into an upturned nose, so I had revision surgery at Gongsang Plastic Surgery. They removed all of the old silicone cleanly and refined it with autologous cartilage, and now I finally feel like I can breathe again. It has been one month since surgery now, and the feeling of being forcibly pulled tight is completely gone. The tip also looks more natural, so it really feels like I got my own nose back lol. This time I painfully realized that a safe, natural result is better than a flashy, high nose. That is also why I deliberately looked for a doctor who takes a safety-first approach. If you have developed an upturned nose from an L-shaped silicone implant, I recommend getting a consultation sooner rather than later. Even your facial proportions can change!!
